2. Description of Service

SOZOMOTO provides the following services:

• Car Cost Calculator: Estimates the total monthly cost of vehicle ownership including insurance, financing, taxes, registration, and maintenance.
• Insurance Quote Comparison: Connects you with insurance carriers to obtain and compare real-time insurance quotes for vehicles you are considering.
• Loan Pre-Qualification: Facilitates loan pre-qualification through our lending partners so you can understand your financing options.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Sharing with Partners

When you use the Service to request insurance quotes, loan pre-qualifications, or dealer inquiries, your information is shared with the relevant third-party partners. This sharing is initiated by you and occurs only when you take an explicit action such as clicking "Get Quotes" or "Apply for Pre-Qualification."

Our partners include:

• Insurance Carriers: Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, Allstate, Liberty Mutual
• Lending Partners: Capital One Auto, Chase Auto, Ally Financial, Bank of America, LightStream
• Dealer Partners: Authorized dealerships in our network

5. Accuracy of Information

All cost estimates, insurance quotes, and loan pre-qualifications provided through the Service are approximations and are not guarantees. Actual costs may vary based on factors including but not limited to final underwriting decisions, dealer pricing, geographic location, and market conditions. You should verify all figures independently before making financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of SOZOMOTO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOZOMOTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
