Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

What "Sale or Sharing" Means Under CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), a "sale" of personal information means sharing it with a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

SOZOMOTO does not sell your personal information for marketing purposes. However, when you use our platform to request insurance quotes or loan pre-qualifications, your information is shared with our partner carriers and lenders to fulfill your request.

Service-Initiated Transactions Are Not "Sales"

When you actively request an insurance quote, loan pre-qualification, or dealer inquiry through SOZOMOTO, the resulting data sharing is a service transaction you initiated — not a "sale" of your personal information under CCPA. These transactions are necessary to provide the service you requested and are exempt from the right to opt out.

Submit an Opt-Out Request

If you would like to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information beyond service-initiated transactions, submit your request below.

For more details on how we handle your data, read our Privacy Policy.
